There is parking in the front of the garage (sorry no indoor parking) and room for your boat or other parking next to the garage.

Absolutely! Crib is onsite and set up at all times. There is a chair with optional tray that may be attached to a kitchen chair for your sitting baby or toddler. 

There is a smart lock that you will be provided a code a few days prior to your check-in.

We are next door, but let you enjoy your stay. Although we are available if you need us.

This kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to cook. We also provide a few KCups available for your drinking pleasure, but it is a KCup combo with regular pot so you can have whatever you prefer. 

Located near 7 points and trails, just a few miles away!

There is a deck with table, chairs and gas grill. There is a patio below the deck with a picnic table. Along with a few chairs for use around the campfire pit.

Available in the house for you are a baby gate, plug in covers and child locks for cabinets. 

We are set up for your family and welcome children of all ages. We have books, games and DVD's for everyone. Infant/toddler items along with supervised activities are downstairs in the living room ottoman. There is a TV with Roku and DVD player in the bedroom upstairs with two twin beds. If you bring a gaming system, this is a great place for it!

Get togethers are great, but sorry no parties.  The house is not secluded enough for parties. 

Please no smoking indoors, but smoking is allowed outside. We have outdoor ashtrays available.

There is a step to get in front door and stairs to access two second floor bedrooms and washer & dryer in basement. 

Smart TV with cable downstairs and second standard TV with Roku & DVD player upstairs. Bring your gaming system. Fast wifi speeds throughout house. High speed internet signal, tested between 132-223 mbps depending on location within the house.

Peaceful Acres Vacation Rental LLC is owned by Shawn & Melinda  - We have been happily married for over 20 years. We have a wonderful family of our own and enjoy big family get togethers. Our kids, grandkids and other family use these properties when they come to visit. We are in the process of making the garage on the house into a banquet hall, so that we can bring even more family members together for our Thanksgiving & Easter dinners there. It's also great for game nights, football game watching, etc.<br />
